1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Watchobots ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Watchobots monitors publicly accessible web pages for changes and delivers AI-powered summaries via email and integrations. The Service requires an internet connection and a valid account.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via our contact form.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Monitor pages you do not have permission to access.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or the terms of service of monitored websites.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to monitor personal data of individuals without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Plans and billing

Watchobots offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

6. Free plan limits

Free accounts are limited to 2 monitored pages and 30-day history. We may modify free plan limits at any time.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any URLs, configurations, and data you provide. Watchobots retains ownership of the Service, its code, design, and infrastructure. AI-generated summaries are provided as-is and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that monitoring will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all changes to monitored pages will be detected. Web pages may block automated access at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchobots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed change detections or data loss.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
